If James Bond had a restaurant

I would like to share this nice experience we had at Forbes Island, a floating restaurant in San Francisco bay. To access this funny place, you have to go to Fisherman’s Wharf, the dockside of San Francisco, a tourist place but still charming. First you have to go to Pier 39 so you can say hello to the sea lions population that live on the water there, unique. Then you take a private small little boat which drives you to Forbes Island.  Originally built in Sausalito, in 1975 by Millionaire Houseboat Designer, Forbes Thor Kiddoo as a private floating home!

This is a very small floating island, or floating restaurant. They have an underwater restaurant, a cute lighthouse, an outside deck with the most amazing view on the city.

This might the best place for a romantic dinner underwater on a foggy day, or to watch the fireworks on 4th of July.

The staff is very welcoming and skilled.
